Beyond Computer Services, LLC (Beyond Computer Services) has acquired technology solutions and services provider Atech Internet Corporation (Atech Internet). Beyond Computer Services, which has headquarters in Atlanta, Georgia, United States, offers a range of services including Microsoft Office 365 support and management alongside virtual server hosting, application hosting services and server colocation management. Its acquisition of Atech Internet will extend its potential to deliver managed and hourly IT services to customers in the Atlanta area.
A certified partner for Microsoft, SonicWall, HP, Cbeyond and Mozy, Atech Internet was established in 1984 and provided IT solutions to businesses in Atlanta. The company specializes in “personalized support to small businesses” (including servers, computers, networking, business-class broadband Internet access, firewalls, websites, structured cabling, printers and repairs) with an emphasis on businesses in the real estate and mortgage industries. Beyond Computer Services will absorb Atech Internet’s entire business activity and staff. The acquisition gives Beyond Computer Solutions a greater number of partners and additional solutions will be available to its clients.
