ServInt has announced two new members joining its executive team. ServInt, which has head offices in Reston, Virginia, USA, was established in 1995. The company bills itself as an “industry-leading provider of managed web hosting services”. Its suite of services extends to IaaS, PaaS, VPS, and dedicated servers offerings. Phil Ryker joins the company as Senior Director of Cloud and Managed Services, while Jaa Aguilar joins as Product Marketing Manager.
Phil Ryker spent four years at Personify as Director of Hosting before joining ServInt. His restructuring of Personify’s hosting activity led to a “500% growth in revenue and vastly improved customer service”. Prior to this he was Director of Operations at Swift Systems for six years. He also founded a dedicated managed hosting service which was sold to Affinity Internet in 2000. At ServInt his role will include product development, delivery and enhancing the company’s services portfolio.
Jaa Aguilar spent three years at Target subsidiary CHEFS Catalog where she was Advertising and Marketing Communications Manager. Before this she was involved in “technical communications and marketing, advertising and PR efforts in both B2B and B2C industries”. She also has experience in marketing and strategic planning, brand identity, client communication, community relations and digital marketing. Ms. Aguilar will lead ServInt’s product marketing and public relations activity.
