ServInt, a pioneering provider of managed web hosting for businesses worldwide, today announced the promotion of James Tricarico to the new position of Director of Managed Services.
Tricarico joined ServInt in 2003 and immediately began demonstrating his ability to resolve difficult customer-support issues. Since then, he has led numerous efforts to enhance client-facing systems within the Company, particularly in the area of technical support.
In his new position, Tricarico will be responsible for managing the expansion of ServInt’s technical support group, known as ServInt’s Managed Services Team. He will report to ServInt’s Chief Operating Officer Christian Dawson and Chief Technology Officer Matthew Loschert.
