Microsoft Dynamics experts the
Rand Group have achieved Microsoft Gold Cloud Platform Certification. The Rand Group, which has headquarters in Bellaire, Texas, United States, was established in 2003. The company, which also has a presence in Houston, Texas, United States and in Vancouver, Canada, is recognized as being in the top 1% of the Microsoft Dynamics experts around the world. The company bills itself as “a complete front to back technology enablement solution provider” of services that help their customers succeed. Gold Cloud Platform Certification is the highest cloud competency certification Microsoft offers.
In 2015, and so far in 2016, the Rand Group has focused its efforts on meeting increasing demand for cloud services and addressing the “shift in the way businesses store and manage their critical data, processes, and applications”. Microsoft’s certification is recognition that those efforts have been successful.
To achieve competency, Microsoft’s partners are assessed in particular areas of expertise. This involves submitting to a series of assessments that determine whether a company meets business’ needs. The Rand Group displayed expertise in the areas of Microsoft Azure and other cloud-based solutions. Part of their assessment included showing they have “the staffing capacity to meet client needs” and to do this they had to provide references relating to cloud projects they successfully completed.
