announced recently the beta release of its on-demand CRM delivered as a service through the Morph Application Platform (MAP), the company's proven on-demand Platform as a Service technology that provides businesses with a complete environment for hosting Web applications.
Users can subscribe to the service, sign in to the application, and immediately get down to business. Aimed at teams who do not have an IT staff and organizations comfortable with using open source software, Morph eXchange, a portal for on-demand business applications, delivers an on-demand CRM combined with Morph Labs' fully managed, secure, and highly available platform.
"Our fully managed hosted solution includes administration of both the software and infrastructure. No installations, no licensing, and absolutely nothing to manage at the back-end," says Guy Naor, Morph Labs' CTO. "With an on-demand CRM running on the MAP, companies not only reduce the risks and costs typically found in complex, costly CRM implementations, they also ensure the availability of the application."
In a recent survey, Gartner said that the priorities for CIOs are to reduce costs and improve business processes. "Faced with these challenges, businesses will have to find ways to simplify innovation," says Winston Damarillo, Morph Labs' CEO. "Our solution enables customers to quickly and easily use a CRM application, minimizing costs while providing immediate value."
Morph Labs is creating the world's most comprehensive, standards-based Platform as a Service and delivers enterprise-grade Software as a Service through Morph eXchange.
