MPT Ventures Launches New Directory of Sites Not Yet on Google

March 3, 2005
March 3, 2005 - (HOSTSEARCH.COM) – MPT Ventures, LLC, an Atlanta-based company, today announced the launch of a new online directory, NewWebListings.com, dedicated to helping online marketers launch their own new Web sites while offering Web surfers a place to find sites not yet listed in the major search engines.

"Getting new Web sites listed on major search engines has become an incredibly frustrating experience," says Michael Turner, creator of the NewWebListings.com Web site. "Even offering money to the big boys doesn't work because they want you to be 'popular' too, with lots of reciprocal links from other 'popular' sites. Unfortunately, popular doesn't always mean better and Joe Web Surfer is missing out on lots of great new Web sites."

Inclusion in the NewWebListings.com directory is free and each listing remains in the index for no longer than three months. After three months, the site cannot be re-submitted for at least another three months. The company says this will insure that the index only contains fresh, new sites. Further, each submitted site is reviewed by a human within 48 hours and the company has employed proprietary technology to determine if a submitted site has already acquired a certain amount of exposure on the Web before it is approved.

"We're offering a simple solution to a complex problem - driving traffic to a new Web site through search engines and directories," says Turner. "The NewWebListings.com site itself is crawled by the big search engines and we have a number of solid marketing campaigns in place to drive Web surfers to our index. All of this will help those included in our index to grow their own
Web sites."

The company has also partnered with several other companies, including
those offering applications that allow online marketers to submit their sites
to multiple search engines and directories more efficiently.
