Network and internet service provider
Pilot has announced it has launched a new Point of Presence (PoP) at the ‘CGNY1’ data center of colocation provider ColoGuard Enterprise Solutions, LLC (ColocationGuard). Pilot, which has headquarters in New York, United States, was established in 2014. The company “provides internet and network products so businesses can focus on the work they love”. It is involved in several areas including fiber, Internet access, data center services, Ethernet and broadband services. Pilot works with customers on a ‘no contracts’ basis and offers round the clock support. CGNY1 is ColocationGuard’s flagship facility.
ColocationGuard has headquarters in Brooklyn, New York, United States and was established in 2003. The company is, in fact, the owner of the only data center facility in Brooklyn. SSAE16 certified CGNY1 offers over 50,000 square feet of colocation space. It caters to businesses in a broad range of industries and alongside fully managed colocation its services extend to managed security, and virtual desktops in the cloud.
“Partnering with ColocationGuard was the natural decision when evaluating where to establish Pilot’s network in Brooklyn for the first time as they echo our commitments to excellent customer service and network availability,” explained the CEO of Pilot, Joe Fasone.
