Magna5 has acquired managed services provider NetServe365. Magna5, whose corporate headquarters are in Dallas, Texas, United States, offers a broad range of network services, unified communications, and infrastructure technology services. With a presence in major cities across the United States (Seattle, Portland, San Antonio, New York, and Troy) the company caters to around 7,500 "mid-market enterprise customers" that operate in areas as diverse as education, healthcare, government, and financial services. NetServe365 is Magna5's fourth acquisition over the last year and a half.
With headquarters in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania, United States, NetServe365 offers a broad range of managed services, hosting options and consulting services. Established in 2001, NetServe365 will enhance Magna5's PaaS, IaaS, and UCaaS capabilities through the "addition of award-winning network and server monitoring and management, cloud hosting and managed IT security services". Financial aspects of the deal have not been released.
“The NetServe365 acquisition is a catalyst to Magna5’s transformative growth initiative and allows for Magna5 to layer in additional high-value products and services to our portfolio of offerings,” explained Magna5's CEO Greg Forrest. “Teaming up with Magna5 allows NetServe365 to expand our services and solutions to a much broader customer base,” added Justin Cameron, the COO of NetServe365. “In addition, we are excited to bring our products and knowledge to Magna5 and help strengthen their security offerings to the marketplace.”
