The new Go Daddy girl is the “complete package and 100 percent GoDaddy-esque,” explained Go Daddy’s Founder and CEO, Bob Parsons. “She’s beautiful, no doubt about it, but more importantly, Amanda is a world-class athlete, an accomplished model and an articulate business woman.”
A three-time American Olympian, Ms. Beard has won two swimming gold medals, four silvers and a bronze. She has also modeled for Sports Illustrated, been on the cover of Outside and Playboy, and seen in Maxim and FHM.
“Being a Go Daddy Girl is the icing on the cake for me, “explained Ms. Beard. “I’m excited to be with a world leader. Go Daddy is the best in the world at what they do, they like to take chances and they certainly know how to have fun – who wouldn’t want to be a part of that?”
The company recently signed football superstar Chad Johnson as its first male spokesperson and he appears in commercials during Saturday Night College Football broadcasts sponsored by GoDaddy.com. Ms. Beard will shoot her first GoDaddy.com commercial in Los Angeles today.
