The design tool is offered free alongside 12-months free access to training for the complete Expressions suite of applications.
Expression Web is a design tool that allows developers to create HTML, DHTML, CSS, and XHTML pages and “standards-based” sites. The solution offers “seamless integration” with ASP.NET 2.0 and Visual Studio 2005.

Twenty-two hours of the training covers the “hottest tools for building powerful, dynamic web applications” and key features of AJAX and Building Web Applications. Twenty-seven hours of the training includes instruction on the “design tools and innovative technologies in the Expression Studio”.
