OnApp has certified DedicatedNOW as an OnApp Cloud Service Provider, and announced a new partnership with the company to offer cloud hosting infrastructure as a service to web hosting providers. DedicatedNOW’s customized private cloud service includes servers, SAN storage and bandwidth, plus OnApp’s cloud management software, for a monthly fee. It offers web hosts a simple and affordable way to launch their own cloud hosting products without the capital investment and running costs associated with building their own cloud infrastructure.

DedicatedNOW’s private cloud service starts at $1,300 and includes an Intel Xeon X3430 control server, 2 Intel Xeon E5620 hypervisors, 20TB of bandwidth and 1TB of SAN storage on DedicatedNOW's SAS/SSD hybrid SAN storage subsystem (rated at up to 40Gbps throughput). DedicatedNOW's custom private clouds are hosted in the Company's state-of-the-art datacenter in Clifton, New Jersey. As with DedicatedNOW's other high availability clusters, customers can choose to customize their cloud with additional hypervisor configurations, SAN storage and bandwidth, according to their need.
