In March, the provider of business-class open source collaboration software moved to increase its U.S. sales presence by adding Behshad Behnam as vice president of sales, Americas. The former Parallels executive spearheads service provider initiatives for Open-Xchange.

Last month, the company introduced simplified SaaS partner pricing with different partner levels based on the providers' customer base, along with two options of pricing - flat rate and guaranteed revenue. In both pricing options, partners receive Open-Xchange Webmail and PIM (personal information manager) free for all their customers to enable them to replace their existing webmail solution as part of the new partner pricing.
