Peak 10, Inc. Acquire Web Hosting Provider RenTech

August 7, 2006 – (HOSTSEARCH.COM) – Data center operator and managed services provider Peak 10, Inc. (http://www.peak10.com) has acquired web hosting provider RenTech, a data center operator and information technology services outsourcing company based in Nashville, Tennessee, USA. The terms of the acquisition were not announced.

Alongside web hosting RenTech offers managed collocation and other managed services from its Nashville data center. The company’s customers include Rivals.com, Bondware, IASIS Healthcare, Country Wired and Resource Communications Group. “The acquisition of RenTech by Peak 10 creates significant value for our customers and employees,” said Kenneth D.
