Private investment company VSS has invested in data center services provider
QuadraNet. VSS, which has headquarters in New York, United States, specializes in investment in the “information, education, healthcare, and tech-enabled business services industries”. The company is involved in a wide range of financial activities including providing capital for “growth financings, recapitalizations, strategic acquisitions and buyouts”. It has 25 years of experience in the IT services sector and previously invested in companies like Coretelligent, Hostway, and Dutch managed hosting provider IT-Ernity. The extent of its investment in QuadraNet has yet to be released.
QuadraNet bills itself as a “full-service data center provider that offers managed services, both private and public cloud solutions, IaaS deployments, and traditional colocation and IP transit services”. The company provides services across the United States, particularly in peering-exchange locations lke Los Angeles, Dallas, Miami, New Jersey, Atlanta, and Chicago. It is recognized for Infrastructure-as-a-Service (IaaS) solutions and involvement in the bandwidth and IP Transit marketplace. QuadraNet’s partners include companies like Equinix, Zayo, Coresite, and Telefonica.
