Microsoft’s ‘Most Innovative Data Platform Offering’ award recognizes companies that which provide data services on Microsoft SQL Server and have increased Microsoft SQL Enterprise activity. SQL Server provides “nearly bottomless capacity” that allows database workloads to grow. It accommodates rarely used or accessed data that outs a strain on in-house servers managing certain workloads. The solution benefits enterprises with mission-critical capabilities by allowing workloads to be more easily shared between data centers, private clouds, and Microsoft Azure.
A Microsoft Gold Data Center and Cloud Platform Partner, Datapipe has “deep” SQL Server experience. Its SQL Server activity has “increased 20 percent year-over-year” and there has been a “70 percent year-over-year” on SQL Enterprise consumption among its customers. This comes on top of the company’s 2016 increases in data platform service offerings.
