Rackspaces new Invision Security Appliance provides network-security analysts to monitor network activity and conduct extensive protection and security reviews. "Our clients are demanding more than check-box security capabilities. They require a real-time view into their security and risk posture, on-demand threat assessment and compliance reports, constant optimization to client specifications and 24x7 monitoring by certified security analysts. We examined available products and services and found Alert Logic provides an outstanding combination of these requirements," explained Lew Moorman, Senior Vice President of corporate strategy and product development. "Additionally, no new service offering is added to our portfolio without going through a rigorous evaluation process and meeting our fanatical expectations for customer service. Alert Logic met both of those requirements, and is a real value-add for us."
"As part of Rackspace's fanatical service delivery, the company aggregates both proprietary and best-of-breed technologies to provide a comprehensive security portfolio to its customers," added Dan Sell, Vice President of Sales for Alert Logic. "Being a key component of Rackspace's suite of security solutions is an excellent validation point for our company and our unique solutions."
