The RatePoint Site Seal provides consumers with instant visual confirmation that a business is credible, safe and trustworthy and that they can view current reviews and feedback of a company prior to making an online purchase. RatePoint's system verifies consumer reviews for authenticity, and provides businesses with the opportunity to respond to unsatisfied customers or negative feedback before it is posted online. RatePoints system also offers tools for language expansion marketing and surveys.
The company launched its new language options in mid-September and since then has gained an additional 2,000 customers, particularly German companies. According to RatePoint, they are now managing more than 1 million customer contacts.
