The company now boasts a 30 minute or less response time on query tickets and has reduced the overall number of support tickets through providing a more comprehensive ‘Frequently Asked Questions’ (FAQs) section. The company also guarantees 99.9 percent server uptime.

Gazzin.com’s service enhancements include adding eAccelerator, an open source solution designed to optimize PHP and reduce loading times, and RoundCube, an IMAP-based webmail client.
