Mint Hosting is now part of the Enartia group of brands. Mint Hosting, which has headquarters in Belgrade, Serbia, was established in 2009. Alongside web hosting the company offers a broad range of services including cloud hosting, domain registration, email hosting, and SSL certificates. The company also offers IT management and consulting, and risk management services. It prides itself on having built a professional relationship with its customers that is “based on satisfaction and trust”. The acquisition allows Enartia to enter the Serbian market and benefits Mint Hosting by improving the quality of existing hosting services and offering them new products and services.
Award-winning Enartia has headquarters in Heraklion, on the island of Crete. It was established in 2004 and currently has 77,000 customers worldwide. The group of companies that make up Enartia offer web hosting (with a focus on Managed WordPress hosting services), cloud services and domain registration. The company prides itself on utilizing the power of the Internet “to make daily life easier and more productive for everyone, through innovative, reliable and friendly services”. Enartia brands include Papaki, Top.Host, WooCommerce Management Platform ‘theCore’, and cloud-based WordPress specialist MagicPress. Financial aspects of the deal were not released.
“I must confess that I am extremely excited about our future joint cooperation,” explained Mint Services’ Chief Technical Officer (CTO) Mr. Igor Hrček. “I am happy that a company like Enarty has recognized our quality and knowledge and will work with us to improve existing services, but also to bring some innovations to the Serbian market. What further excites me is the fact that it will directly and positively affect existing and new users in terms of our services”.
"Negotiations began in June 2018 during WordCamp Europe, and were finalised in March this year, when all the cooperation terms were aligned,” added Enartia’s Western Balkans Manager, Aleksandar Savkovic. “A few days ago we officially signed all the contracts and I can proudly say that I did my job well because Mint Hosting was the best choice,"
