Specialist ticket agency Encore Tickets has opted for NaviSite’s managed Mimecast cloud email services. The company sells around 20% of a tickets sold in London, United Kingdom. The tickets they sell cover West End shows, exhibitions, coaches, tours, hotels, restaurants and a range of attractions. Around 80% of its business done online, and the company sells around 2.5 million theater tickets every year. Obviously, downtime means NaviSite cannot maintain business continuity and its transitioning to NaviSite’s services is designed to ensure uptime.

With the bulk of Encore Tickets' bookings generated through email, the company needed spam filtering and anti-malware protection. NaviSite’s solution provides that protection by taking a multi-layer approach to email defence. The solution reduces the possibility of Encore Tickets' emails being hacked and offers a central email policy management system that ensures consistency and reduces IT admin costs.
