Smart City have formed a partnership, it was reported recently. From March 1, 2009, Spiderhost will “fully manage all web hosting and email activity for Smart City's 1,000-plus hosting clients”.
According to the companies, the transition “will occur seamlessly” with clients “experiencing little to no downtime”. There will be no changes in pricing as a result of the partnership.
