NextPointHost has launched new SSD shared hosting plans. The company, a “pure IaaS provider”, caters to 100,000 customers in around 80 countries and offers a range of services including shared Linux hosting, cPanel hosting, reseller hosting, cloud services, SSD Virtual Private Servers (VPS) and dedicated servers. The company’s latest offering will be located in Frankfurt, Germany.
NextPointHost’s shared options leverage Intel Xeon Powered Servers that have at least 32GB of memory and Solid State Drives (SSD) with Hardware RAID cards. The company is offering a range of packages, including an “Economical Plan” which costs just €2.00 ($2.73) per month and provides 8GB of storage alongside unlimited bandwidth. The package also offers a free domain for a year when a new package is purchased.
“SSD technology offers multiple benefits that are of great importance to website owners,” explained NextPointHost’s CEO, Genko Penev. “The new customers will see dramatically enhanced data transfer speed and more up time along with increased reliability and scalability. We are constantly working on delivering high performance to help our customers be more successful online. The new SSD shared plans will provide them with a future-proof environment for their content-rich websites and apps.”
