Quest has announced its participation in the Microsoft Cloud Solution Provider Program. The company, which bills itself as “a worldwide leader in technology management”, offers customers a range cloud and managed services both at its customers’ premises or from “one of 25 secure global Service Delivery Centers”. These services include business continuity, security, disaster recovery, and data backup options.
Quest has won a number of awards including CRN’s Triple Crown Award. It has certifications from leading providers, including Microsoft Corporation. With its inclusion in the Microsoft Cloud Solution Provider Program, Quest aims to strengthen customer relationships and generate additional cloud sales. The program allows partners to combine offers and services to offer to customers, and it allows them to bill customers directly. It also allows Quest to manage customers’ entire lifecycle requirements with products such as Office 365 and Windows Intune.
