Traverse Global Communications Corporation Acquires Web Hosting Provider VirgoHost

October 21, 2006
October 21, 2006 – (HOSTSEARCH.COM) – Traverse Global Communications Corporation (http://www.traverseglobal.com) has acquired web hosting provider VirgoHost (http://www.virgohost.com), it was announced yesterday. The acquisition is part of what the company calls its “Web Developer Relief” program.

"Everyday we interact with web designers that have grown to be responsible for dozens or even hundreds of websites,” explained Michael W. Henton, President of Traverse Global Communications Corporation. “While they may have found freedom early on in the business, they now find that they have no life and are chained to their keyboard. With our relief program, we take over the day to day web design and web hosting support including webmaster services. We continue billing their clients using their original pricing schedule and then pay a substantial ongoing percentage of revenues directly to the web designer on each account. This program is very attractive for retiring web developers seeking to sell their business yet still retain a residual income."

Traverse Global Communications Corp offers full range of internet services aimed at developers, businesses and non-profit organizations. The company’s services include web hosting, domain name registration, merchant accounts and search engine marketing.
