TurnKey Internet Announces Launch of Managed Cloud Server Options
TurnKey Internet, Inc. (TurnKey Internet) has announced the launch of new managed cloud server options. Turnkey Internet, which was established in 1999, has headquarters in Latham, New York, United States. The company specializes in green data center services and offering “sustainable web hosting and IT solutions”.

TurnKey Internet caters to a global customer base which includes individuals and companies in around 150 countries. The company’s services extend to Software-as-a-Service (SaaS), colocation, and Computing-as-a-Service (CaaS). It operates SSAE 16 Type 2 data centers in Latham which have been certified by ENERGY STAR – a voluntary program managed by the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency that “helps businesses and individuals save money and protect our climate through superior energy efficiency”. The company’s latest option is a suite of TurnKey All-Inclusive Managed Cloud Server offerings.

TurnKey Internet’s new offerings enhance traditional cloud server capabilities by offering managed services that include cloud migration, security and optimization. These are underpinned by “premium technical service” which allows companies to avoid wasting effort in areas where they lack expertise (such as IT) and focus on their core competencies.

The level of service provided by TurnKey Internet includes hardware, network and software-related support and firewall security. It also includes VPN setup and “server performance tuning” alongside “server security hardening”. The offering also bundles standard licensing for Microsoft Windows Server 2012, CentOS Linux, Plesk, Directadmin, and cPanel.

“We created the All-Inclusive Managed Service in response to customer and industry requests for a more ‘TurnKey’ approach to on-boarding and maintaining cloud-based infrastructure,” explained TurnKey’s CEO, Adam Wills. “All-Inclusive Managed Service in the cloud provides all-access to our Support and Application Engineers which is far more cost-efficient than hiring. In Today’s on demand IT world that is evolving faster and faster to hybrid cloud-based solutions, we are helping customers to meet their IT goals without having to invest in additional staff or complex on premise hardware.”
