Voice services provider Avalo Networks, LLC (Avalo Networks) has announced it is now offering Ubersmith’s business management software. Avalo Networks, which has headquarters in Knoxville, Tennessee, United States, was established in 2014. The company is “radically transforming communications delivery” by offering the ‘Avalo Voice Platform’ - a “zero-CAPEX, high-margin, low-risk solution” that meets the voice requirements of service providers. The “zero-failure platform” offers a single-source solution which allows cable, fixed and mobile service providers to offer managed VoIP services using an attractive Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) model.
The addition of Ubersmith software allows Avalo Networks to grow its customer base by offering next-generation voice services.
Ubersmith is an INAP company with headquarters in New York, United States. Alongside VoIP, the company’s services include software that manages billing, quotes, order management, infrastructure management and help desk ticketing.
