1-grid has partnered with cybersecurity solutions provider Comodo Cybersecurity (Comodo). 1-grid, which has global headquarters in Cape Town, Western Cape, South Africa, was established in 2009. The company targets South Africa’s SMEs and offers solutions that provide successful web presences for its customers. It suite of services include web hosting, web design, domain registrations, email hosting, Virtual Private Servers (VPS) and dedicated servers. By partnering with 1-grid Comodo will extend it footprint to South Africa.
Comodo’s mission is to “protect what matters most, while enabling businesses and customers to confidently accept risk”. With headquarters in Clifton, New Jersey, United States, the company was established in 1998. Its cybersecurity solutions protect the most sensitive data including from threats across LANs, the Internet and the cloud. Comodo Cybersecurity’s partnership with 1-grid will see the web host bundle Comodo’s ‘cWatch’ website security solution with its hosting services.
