Web host and web services provider Endurance International Group (
EIG) is to add 600 new positions in Arizona, United States. EIG is a global provider offering a wide range of services through diverse brands that include Constant Contact, Bluehost, HostGator, Domain.com, SiteBuilder, iPage, SEO Gears, SinglePlatform, and Impress.ly. The company has headquarters in Burlington, Massachusetts, United States and offices in Brazil, India, and the United Kingdom. Globally the company employs more than 3,800 people and it will be employing more people in Arizona through the expansion of its Tempe office.
The full 600 additional staff will be engaged between now and October 2017 and to accommodate increased numbers EIG will expand its North Priest Drive office space by 71,000 square feet at a cost of $1.8 million. The company will engage a number of different type of employees including managers, technical support and sales staff. It will host a Job Fair on Thursday, February 16, 2017 to fill some of the positions.
The move has been applauded by Mark Mitchell, the Mayor of Tempe, and Donna Kennedy, Economic Development Director who joined EIG President and COO Ron LaSalvia and Operations General Manager Andrew Wright and other current members of staff at a “kick off ceremony” recently. “Our office here in Tempe is ideal for attracting the talent we need to continue to grow our presence in the valley as a trusted employer and valuable member of the community,” explained Andrew Wright. “We look forward to continuing to partner with the Mayor and the City of Tempe.”
