May 13, 2005 - (HOSTSEARCH.COM) - ASP.NET web hosting and SQL hosting provider, DiscountASP.NET, has received two awards from leading ASP.NET technology publication, asp.netPRO. DiscountASP.NET was named "Product of the Year" and "Best Hosting Service" in asp.netPRO Magazine's 2005 Readers' Choice Award.
During March/April 2005, asp.netPRO Magazine asked their readers to participate in voting for their favorite ASP.NET products and services. There were 23 categories, including, Best E-mail Control, Best Online Editor, and Best Hosting Services. At the end of the poll, participants were asked to select the Product of the Year, from among all the nominated ASP.NET products and services.
In their announcement of the 2005 Readers' Choice Award winners, asp.netPRO wrote that "with a variety of products and services from which to choose, it takes quite a following to take top honors in the Product of the Year category. DiscountASP.NET easily won the Best Hosting Service category, and obviously has a strong and loyal customer base."
