The company’s new SSD VPS servers are housed in a number of locations including Amsterdam, Netherlands, London, United Kingdom, Toronto, Canada, and New York City, Salt Lake City and Los Angeles in the United States.
SSD servers have no moving parts and are significantly faster than their ‘spinning disk’ counterparts used in more traditional VPS options. The result is greater reliability, increased page loading times, and a far better user experience. Brontobyte’s SSD VPS operates at speeds of around 100,000 iOPS, meaning “data is supplied to web visitors at lightning speed”. Brontobytes’ VPS options also offer a user friendly control panel that allows users to “create, resize and perform other functions with single click operation”.
Brontobytes’ offerings are underpinned by an “amazing performance guarantee”. Customers that do not experience 99.9% availability in any given month “receive an account credit amounting to the affected portion of the monthly invoice”. In addition, Brontobytes offers ongoing technical and customer support through “live chat or email”. Brontobytes’ SSD VPS server customers also receive a month of managed support to get them up and running.
