Email security company SpamExperts B.V. (SpamExperts) and web host
Euronic Oy have extended their partnership. Established in 2001, Euronic Oy has head offices and a data center in Turku, Finland. The company offers a wide range of services including co-location, cloud infrastructure, web hosting and domain registration services. It has now joined SpamExperts’ ‘Hosting Partnership Program’.
SpamExperts is recognized as leading provider of email security services. With head offices in Amsterdam, Netherland, the company’s services are offered to organizations that include shared web hosts, ISPs and telecommunications providers. SpamExperts’ has a substantial network of resellers and distributors offering its inbound and outbound email filtering services and email archiving packages.
Euronic Oy first became involved with SpamExperts in a bid to address issues with spam received by its network and its clients. SpamExperts’ services are designed to run within its own ‘Hosted Cloud’ or in its customers' virtual hardware-based clouds. By implementing SpamExperts’ services Euronic Oy has experienced a significant decrease in spam sent to customers’ mailboxes. Spam sent by compromised web sites is now also blocked by SpamExperts’ Outgoing Filter software, protecting the company’s shared IP addresses from blacklisting.
“The number of our web hosting servers is increasing so we needed some centralized mail gateway to ease monitoring and filter our inbound and outbound email traffic,” explained Euronic Oy’s Linux Specialist, Tuomas Kuronen. “SpamExperts LocalCloud has proven to be a good tool for that. Stable email service is an important part of our hosting services, and it is good to know that also support is quickly available if needed.”
