Go Daddy’s current "Get Smart, Get Cash" contest “May Bring Your Site More Traffic”, the company announced recently. The competition could “earn thousands of dollars” for users of its SmartSpace product - a “quick and easy Web site builder”.
SmartSpace “automatically builds” websites personalized with photos, videos, blogs, business information and content from social media sites like Facebook, Flickr and YouTube. According to the company, this can be done without requiring technical skills. Go Daddy’s competition is designed to establish exactly how its customers are “making the most of SmartSpace” and a total of $25,000 in prize money is available.
Anyone who uses SmartSpace can write a blog, create a podcast or video testimonial about how it has changed the way they use the Internet, how they blog, how they do business, or even live their lives. The three most creative entries will win $5,000 each, with $1,000 going to ten runner-ups. All winners receive free SmartSpace for life.
