GoDaddy India has launched a new professional email service in India. A global brand, GoDaddy has international headquarters in Scottsdale, Arizona, United States. The company offers companies worldwide the tools and services they need for an effective online presence. This includes website builders and hosting and tools for areas like Search Engine Optimization (SEO). Established in 1997 the company is noted for its strong leaning towards localization and has a network of global companies that offer services in local languages. It has headquarters in Gurugram, India and its latest offering for the Indian market targets small business owners and entrepreneurs.
GoDaddy’s new service provides companies with email addresses that feature their domain name, for example, contact@yourcompanydomain.com. This helps a company “build credibility and trust” over companies that use generic email addresses offered by providers like Google (GMail), Microsoft (Outlook), and Yahoo (Yahoomail) (amongst others). This gives a company’s email a more professional look. GoDaddy Professional Email is easy to setup and use and offers “a modern look and a clean interface with an intuitive experience”. It also offers a responsive design and can be accessed from a range of devices including desktop, laptop, tablet, or mobile phone.
The email’s features include integration with popular email clients on Android and Apple and its control panel provides a calendar that allows users to organize upcoming events. Other features include “drag-and-drop attachments, full text search, attachment previews, and a clean, ad-free interface”. Each Professional Email plan offers industry-standard security and protection from viruses and spam.The ‘Startup’ plan is offered for INR 39.00 per month per user and offers 10 GB of email storage. The ‘Team’ plan is offered for INR 58.00 per month per user and 25 GB of storage.
