has opened a new customer support facility in Orlando, Florida, USA, it was announced recently. The company, a provider of secure managed hosting services that cater to a range of clients is moving into 1,500 square feet of Class A office space on the campus of the University of Central Florida (UCF). The move comes as a response to the companys growing customer support activity and increased support staff.
The companys new office will cater for 50 staff, 20 of which will be new hires.
According to the company the additional employees will help it reach a goal of offering an average response time of no more than 15 minutes on all customer support requests. Its relationship UCF means it is able to hire the colleges students and graduates as interns and full time employees.

The addition of a dedicated customer support facility will enable to us offer a higher level of service to all customers.
