Krystal Hosting Ltd. (Krystal) and domain name registration provider Netistrar Ltd. (Netistrar) have formed a partnership. Krystal, whose registered office is in Torquay, Devon, United Kingdom, was established in 2002. The company offers a range of services including traditional hosting services alongside dedicated server and Virtual Private Server (VPS) options. The company manages 65,000 domains and over 200,000 hosting accounts of which 100,000 utilize WordPress. It prides itself on giving its customers “ALL the tools (they) need to run a successful website” without having to “buy ‘extras’ such as databases, web stats, email filtering or backups’. Its partnership with Netistrar will give Krystal customers access to domains with a range of extensions.
With headquarters in Swadlincote, Derbyshire, United Kingdom, Netistrar was established in 2013. ICANN registered, the company was founded by “a group of key players in the domain name industry” including experts in the fields of internet law, governance, and domain name trade and reselling. These individuals were intent on adding value for UK-based domain name traders and brand investors. The company offers “generic and new top level domains which includes domain extensions such as .com .net .org .info .biz and .london.” It has 25,000 customers and won "Best Host 2018" in July of this year at the Internet Service Providers Association (ISPA) awards.
