Layered Technologies, Inc. (Layered Tech), a leading global provider of compliant hosting, managed dedicated hosting and on-demand virtualization/cloud computing services, today announced it named Kevin Van Mondfrans to vice president of product management and Winter Frost to vice president of operations and service delivery. This recent expansion of Layered Tech’s executive team reflects the company’s accelerating growth in the cloud computing and managed hosting industries and the advancement of its PCI- and HIPAA-compliant services.
Van Mondfrans brings to Layered Tech more than 18 years of experience in the information technology industry, having served as marketing director of cloud solutions at Dell, Inc., director of hosting product management at Savvis and product manager at HP. As vice president of product management at Layered Tech, Van Mondfrans will oversee product management and engineering strategies, including developments in managed hosting and compliant cloud hosting services. Van Mondfrans will serve a mission-critical role in bringing to market new cloud and managed services that support growing enterprise PCI DSS and HIPAA compliance needs.

Frost joins Layered Tech from Terremark, where he was vice president of implementation services. In addition, Frost previously served in a variety of managerial roles at Savvis, including vice president of business development, where he was responsible for the optimization of client services and operations. As Layered Tech’s vice president of operations and service delivery, Frost will focus on further streamlining company processes to support Layered Tech’s rapid growth plans. By enhancing Layered Tech’s internal efficiency, Frost will have a direct impact on the quality service and customer experience that organizations have come to expect from Layered Tech.
