Part of the Netregistry Group, the company, which was established in 1997, is recognized as one of Australia's "most trusted web hosts for small business". It prides itself on offering the "online services a business needs to grow online". Alongside domain registration, the company's services include website design, website and email hosting, Virtual Private Server (VPS) options, Internet security, and online marketing services.
Netregistry adopted SpamExperts' Outgoing anti-spam and virus solutions that utilize the company's Local Cloud for incoming and outgoing email. With large amounts of email spam going through its services, the company had to contend with IP blacklisting and negative customer satisfaction. It unsuccessfully tried to "combat spam' manually and was driven to SpamExperts' solutions as a more viable option. With these elements under SpamExperts' control, the company can focus on providing customers with value-added services. The company has already made SpamExperts' solutions available to 100,000 domains.
