Qdhosts has announced the launch of a new business hosting service which offers “the highest quality customer support”. Qdhosts, which has headquarters in Jenkintown, Pennsylvania, United States, was established in 2013. The company specializes in a range of areas including web hosting, domain registration, security certificates, and web site maintenance. It also offers SSL certificate options and prides itself on offering “stellar support” alongside flexible plans that “fit the needs of most companies”. By providing businesses with its ‘maintenance hosting’ concept - a blend of maintenance and hosting services - Qdhosts offers companies considerable convenience.
The company offers customers a maintenance hosting agreement that gives them the option of allowing Qdhosts to administer Cpanel – their web hosting control panel - on their behalf. Customers simply send an email to instruct Qdhosts’ support on what they need doing and the company’s support team carries it out, whether it is installing SSL or setting up email, or any other Cpanel-related task. Qdhosts aims to add reseller and VPS hosting to their range of offerings by the close of 2016 and these too will include “tailored maintenance” as part of their services.
“No other company offers the kind of support we offer. We are built on customer service not client building,” explained a company representative in a press release. “When we first started hosting, the support we received from every host we used was horrible. Fortunately, we were always able to fix our own issues, but what about clients who can’t?”
