RapidCloud Malaysia has formed a partnership with IT management software company SmarterTools Inc. (SmarterTools). Part of the RapidCloud group of companies with headquarters in Phoenix, Arizona, United States, RapidCloud Malaysia has headquarters in Selangor, Malaysia. The company was established in 1999 and is “Southeast Asia’s leading premier enterprise cloud computing solutions provider” offering a range of web and mobile solutions that give its customers the ability to expand their businesses. These include ecommerce, Internet of Things (IoT) and search engine offerings alongside ‘Sales Management, Automation and Productivity’ (SalesMAP) options and document management and content management solutions.
RapidCloud Malaysia’s partnership with SmarterTools will focus on its SmarterMail, SmarterStats and SmarterTicket solutions. SmarterMail is a collaborative mail server while SmarterStats offers detailed web analytics. SmarterTicket is a full-feature customer support ticketing system. RapidCloud Malaysia will resell SmarterTools’ suite of services to provide customers a cost-effective alternative to Microsoft Exchange.
SmarterMail offers “enterprise-level functionality to businesses, ISPs, and web hosting environments” with features that include file storage, reporting, notifications, archiving, intrusion detection and prevention, and antispam and antivirus protection. Amongst other features, SmarterTrack tracks and manages reports on customer service activity. It offers live chat, call logs, time logs, and language support. SmarterStats’ web log analytics and SEO software delivers “relevant, accurate, and detailed website statistics to help businesses increase conversions and maximize ROI”.
