The Fredericksburg, Virginia-based company, which offers a range of web hosting options, specifically asked customers whether they felt The Host Group "offers superior service for the money" and also asked whether they would "strongly recommend The Host Group to other businesses and colleagues". Customer responses included reference to the company's superior support and service uptime.
The Host Group provides hosting services through data centers in Virginia and eastern Canada. The company's services include dedicated servers, shared web hosting, and domain registration for small businesses alongside server hosting, and reseller hosting. The company also recently added a number of additional digital options including ecommerce, forum, and video hosting.
"The majority of The Host Group customers operate small to medium-sized businesses, and our staff and management understands that providing five-star web hosting helps them to succeed," explained the company's CEO and co-founder, Doug Davis.
