Unisecure Data Centers LLC (Unisecure) has announced it is offering MySQL Community Server version 8.0.12 with its hosting packages. Unisecure operates its own servers in Philadelphia and Conshohocken in Pennsylvania, United States. MySQL is Open Source database software available as a free download under the GPL License. It offers a comprehensive set of advanced features and management tools to provide high levels of scalability, security and uptime. MySQL Community Edition is a MySQL version that is supported by a global community of developers. 8.0.12 is the most current version of the software. A maintenance release, this version offered a range of bug fixes and additional features including a new InnoDB instant add column feature. Unisecure’s servers have been optimized for 8.0.12.
