Web host Web.com
is making a number of changes to its executive team. Web.com, which has headquarters in West Jacksonville, Florida, United States, bills itself as providing “a full range of Internet services to small businesses to help them compete and succeed online”. The company specializes in providing services that allow customers to build websites using a website builder. It also offers “affordable web design”. In addition, its services extend to online marketing services, domain name registration, SSL certificates and email marketing options. Web.com’s changes come in the wake of its recent purchase of local online marketing startup Yodle.
Yodle, which has headquarters in New York, United States, provides local online marketing services designed to help local businesses increase profits by gaining more customers. The company’s services extend to its ‘Marketing Essentials’ suite of solutions and Yodle Ads, a “proprietary and optimized paid search advertising offering”. Web.com’s new appointments are a result of Yodle’s integration to the company earlier in 2016.
The new appointments include Steve Power, Executive Vice President of Brand Networks; Vikas Rijsinghani, Executive Vice President of Premium Services; Faisal Chughtai, Executive Vice President of Retail, Domains and International; Dafna Sarnoff, Senior Vice President of Corporate Marketing; and Angela Dunham, Senior Vice President of Program Management & Sales and Service Operations.
“We are fortunate to have a deep pool of talent at Web.com and Yodle, who are small business technology and marketing experts, which is reflected in our expanded and strengthened leadership team,” explained Web.com’s Chairman, Chief Executive Officer and President David L. Brown a press release. “We will now have three business leaders who are organized around product groups and additional management talent in key support areas,” he added.Do you know of any other companies that are changing team members?
