Web host WhoGoHost Limited (
WhoGoHost) has acquired fellow web host TheExpertHost. WhoGoHost, which has headquarters in Lagos, Nigeria, was established in 2007. The company offers a range of web hosting and domain registration-related products and services. These extend to Linux web hosting and reseller hosting, VPS hosting, website design, and SSL certificate options.
WhoGoHost is an accredited Google Apps reseller and with more than 13,000 hosting accounts, it is recognized as the “largest web hosting company in Nigeria”. It manages “more than 25,000 active domains” and its domain services include the registration of ‘.NG’ domains. WhoGoHost’s purchase of TheExpertHost gives it access to a considerable customer base.
TheExpertHost, which is also based in Nigeria, was established in 2008. Under the leadership of Dennis Isong the company catered for “thousands of business and personal websites”. It represents WhoGoHost’s second acquisition after its purchase of iHost Africa.
