Zenbox.PL (Zenbox) has partnered with email security provider SpamExperts. Zenbox, an FBB company, was established in 2012 and has headquarters in Częstochowa, Poland. The company provides a range of shared hosting services alongside cloud or managed options and has won 10,000 customers in only two years. It has adopted SpamExperts’ incoming and outgoing filtering services through a local cloud. Zenbox chose SpamExperts because it their previous proprietary email solution was causing “stability problems”. Its customers were not receiving emails as a result of the volume of spam they were receiving.
SpamExperts, which has headquarters in Amsterdam, Netherlands, caters to shared web hosts and other organizations including ISPs and telecommunication companies. It maintains a network of resellers and its inbound and outbound email filtering packages run alongside email archiving options. All SpamExperts services can either run within its "Hosted Cloud" or its customers' virtual hardware-based clouds. Zenbox has also joined SpamExperts’ hosting partner program.
“We were lucky to stumble upon SpamExperts at an event in 2015 that took place in Poland,” explained the COO of Zenbox, Łukasz Gawior. “We discussed their products and after we agreed on the local cloud deployment we started the process to implement their incoming and outgoing filtering services. We’ve had zero spam ever since and thus an improved reputation among our customers! Everything is working fine and we are very pleased with the support we’ve been getting and with the results. SpamExperts is definitely a much higher quality product than what its competitors are offering.”
