ZNetLive) has announced the launch of a new app. ZNetLive, which has headquarters in Jaipur, Rajasthan, India, was established in 2001. The company offers a range of products and services including dedicated servers, and VPS and cloud hosting. It is also an ICANN accredited domain registrar. ZNetLive caters to customer in more than 141 countries globally. The company’s new mobile app “will help its users in India and across the world save time, quickly manage their business and stay connected with ZNetLive on the go”.
ZNetLive’s “customer self-service mobile app” was developed in-house and offers customers that are on the move better access to ZNetLive’s services. The app is designed to operate with limited network connection and maximizes productivity by offering enhance accessibility through a more “interactive experience”.
Available through the Android Play store, ZNetLive’s app is intuitive, easy to learn and offers “pertinent scheduling information”. Customers can receive instant notifications through the app, which offers a dashboard that provides access to four important services - domains, support, services and billing. The app allows customers to manage all aspects of their accounts including raising tickets, viewing services and billing details, and even buying domain names. It also allows users to communicate directly with ZNetLive.
