Installation of Canadianwebhostings email protection measures started in late September. The companys shared hosting customers will benefit from the solution now that it has been fully implemented, but there will be no price increases. Alongside anti-spam protection, the Barracuda Spam Firewall provides anti-virus, anti-spoofing, anti-phishing, anti-spyware and Denial of Service protection.
"Our customers are very happy with this service," explaindAlex Zarud, Senior Systems Administrator for Canadianwebhosting.com. "They don't need to worry about getting spam in their inbox anymore. This saves time and money for our customers as well as our company. We reduce the number of support calls regarding spam problems. Spam Firewall also provides us with a way to find email issues. Its extensive log allows us to follow routing paths and find out the cause of email problems on the network.
"Our company has definitely made the right choice in selecting this product as it is easily scalable to our growing needs," he added.
