Web Hosting Provider Future Hosting Announces Hybrid Virtual Private Server Hosting

February 1, 2007
February 1, 2007 – (HOSTSEARCH.COM) – Web hosting provider Future Hosting (http://www.futurehosting.biz) has announced the launch of a hybrid virtual private server hosting service – a “novel web hosting technology designed to encompass the strengths of both Dedicated and Virtual Private Server solutions”.

The company’s new Hybrid VPS plans feature either Plesk or cPanel control panels, and, depending on the plan, offer between 1GB and 4GB of server RAM. “As a strong competitor in both the Dedicated and VPS hosting markets, we are well aware that many of our clients would be best suited with an intermediary solution that combines the strengths of each,” explained Future Hosting’s CEO, Mr. Vikram Patel.

Geared to small- to medium-sized businesses in a number of countries, Future Hosting’s new Hybrid VPS solutions are hosted on CentOS 4-powered servers and include 8 IP addresses. They offer “robust system security and monitoring” and are protected by Cisco hardware firewalls. Being fully managed they eliminate the need for users to possess advanced technical knowledge or employ server administrators.

“Web hosting today can often be visualized on a continuum, with fully managed shared solutions dominating one side, and unmanaged dedicated or collocated solutions dominating the other. Until now, however, the industry has yet to see a hybridized solution that truly encompasses the strengths of both,” added Patel. “We’re leading the way to change that.”
