Netfirms’ plans have received an increase in disk space, bandwidth and the number of MySQL databases available, with some aspects increasing by more than 1000%. Despite improvements plan pricing remains the same.
Netfirms’ upgrade comes immediately after recent service improvements, including an upgrade to the company’s proprietary XL6 Control Panel. “Customers can expect Netfirms to continue pushing the envelope on performance and value,” says Netfirms’ President Thomas Savundra. “We are committed to giving people the most powerful hosting products in the world, for the best price.”
The upgrade has increased disk space available through the company’s PLUS Plan from 500MB to 6GB with a monthly bandwidth increase from 10GB to 300GB and MySQL Database capability added. The company’s ADVANTAGE Plan receives more diskspace with an increase to 20GB from 2GB and a monthly bandwidth increase from 100GB to 750GB and the availability of 30 MySQL Databases, up from 10. The company’s BUSINESS Plan now offers 40GB of diskspace, up from 3GB, a monthly bandwidth of 1500GB, up from 150GB, and and increase in the nu,ner of MySQL Databases available from 20 to 60.
