NikanHost announced today they will use
R1Soft Continuous Data Protection® (CDP) technology to offer a value-added backup service for Dedicated Server clients with data hosted on Linux and Windows servers.
With the new data protection service, NikanHost introduces customers to reliable, near-continuous backups and bare-metal restores. Fully integrated with cPanel, CDP backups can be easily accessed and self-managed by customers through R1Soft’s easy-to-use Web interface. The Bare-Metal Restore feature allows servers to be instantly rebuilt from scratch and restored to any point-in-time snapshot.
