The Magic Quadrant is published by Gartner, Inc., an industry analyst, and authored by Ted Chamberlin and Lydia Leong. It is “widely recognized as one of the most influential benchmarks for enterprises seeking to evaluate hosting services”.
The Magic Quadrant evaluates hosts in terms of financial health and their vision particularly in terms of marketing, but also considers “product line breadth and functionality, successful implementations, and the ability to meet customer requirements”.
